True Design-Build
The heartbeat of Schafer is leading the design and construction of customized buildings. In our True Design-Build approach, we assume 100% accountability for every facet design and construction. Construction Management / Design-Assist
For some clients and partners, building design is a highly personal endeavor, and their organization has internal resources in place to manage design and engineering services. In this scenario, the Schafer Team modifies its True Design-Build approach to offer a highly collaborative Construction Management model. We assist in all design decisions throughout the design process. Our team will proactively bring cost savings and design alternatives to the table at every turn.
General Contracting
At Schafer, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits all approach to our construction services. Even if a project has been fully designed, our team is able to step in as a highly efficient execution partner. In our GC role, we leverage our track record and a unique trade and supplier relationship to secure the optimal blend of price and performance.
